IMPORTANCE OF TIME - HOW TO MANAGE TIME EFFECTIVELY.


There are three types of times, i.e Past-Present-Future, The activity which comes in the past time is that type of activity which is already done and nobody has the power to change it.
           For the future, no-one can predict it. And after this two time one time remains that is Present.



Everyone wants to achieve greater success in their life, they want to be successful person.
If a person gives value to the time especially to the present time, it is sure that they will achieve there goal in the less amount of time.

In most of the cases it is found that, people plans the schedule of their work, daily routine and they follow it rarely upto 4 to 5 days and then they fails to follow it and get demotivated.

So, to manage the time effectively, everyone can follow the 5 things which is described below:

1) Waking up early in the morning - Waking up early in the morning is a very good habit. Most of the successful people wakes up early in the morning. For Students, it is very benificial time to study, All the activities which is done in the morning session kept remember for a long time. So, this habit helps a lot to manage the time.

2) Overcome on the Over-thinking - Before Starting of any work, We have to think about that work analysing it, So that it will be complete properly.
Now in most of the cases it is found that, People plan their work and they starts thinking about that the work will complete or not. They starts over-thinking about it and get nervous. 
So to avoid this situation, you have to starts the work if you are having some interest about it and after some time you will find positivity in it so as this it will help you to overcome on the over-thinking, and it will manage the time properly.




3) Controlling Procrastination - People can achieve anything if they are consistent about their work. But the entertainmaint of anything can distract them from their work. They starts igonoring to the work, loosing focus from the work and then after some days, they starts to procrastinate the work.
So to control these procrastination habit, we have to only think about our work, because the work can give us the success. Entertainmaint habit can only lead us towards the ways of failure.



4) Following the Proper timetable - We know that time cannot be stopped, Everything which are happening in this world it is because of the time. 
To achieve anything in this materealistic world we have to respect the time, this can be only happen when there is a proper timetable about the work. 
             We don't need to change our habit for the time-table. We have to make the timetable of the work which is reliable to us and after making this timetable we have to learn only one thing for the success of the timetable, that thing is 'Consistency'. 




5) Self-Analyzation - Self-Analyzation is the only technic that can make lots of improvements in the person.

It can increase the chances of success. By this technic everyone can analyze their performance in their work. after the analyzation people can get to know where they are wasting there time. So as this way this technic can manage the time.
