Habit is like an activity and it is the part of person's daily routine, People can have habit of different things that may be it good or bad habits.
To become successful person it is necessary to have the good habit. For maintaining the good habit people can do the things which is listed below :
- Morning walk
 - Exercise & Meditation
 - Reading the books
 - Sleep early, wake-up early
 - Eating good nutritional foods
 
1) Morning walk - Walking at early morning in the fresh air can improve our physical fitness as well as it increases the level of oxygen in the body so it helps to provide relief from the mental stress.
Everyone can perform this activity and can take the advantage of it.

2) Exercises & Meditation - Daily habit of doing exercise and meditation is a very benificial thing. Exercise can make the person strong and physically fit.
